Graduate socialization in creative organizations
This research will aim to identify ways through which creative graduates (e.g. designers, architects, engineers, etc.) find out about processes, work routines and norms in the first company that they join immediately after graduating. This research aims to manage the gap between education and the "business world" by identifying graduates' images of work.
Enhancing creativity within fast growing firms This inductive research will aim to identify the work environment factors that mobilize innovation in small, growing companies. It will aim to answer the most important challenge that entrepreneurs face as their new ventures grow: How can a start-up double or triple in size every few months and still remain focused on generating innovative products or services?
