Past Projects
1997-2000 During his PhD study, Costas has looked at three leading creative consultancies (a corporate identity consultancy based in London, a multidisciplinary design studio in Glasgow and an architectural practice in Glasgow ). This research enabled him to document how creative companies develop their employees' creative abilities by focusing both on stretching their employees' skills, knowledge and abilities, yet also creating conditions upon which employees' self-esteem can be built in order to constantly face the unknown and come up with innovative ideas. |
